Before Your First Visit

Your first dental appointment will include an examination and discussion of your dental concerns. Then, we’ll review your options and create a personalized treatment plan.

As part of your visit, we will review your past medical and dental history. To speed up this process, you can fill out your medical history and other documentation online.

What to Expect When You Arrive

Our dental office welcomes patients from the Valley and surrounding areas. Upon arrival, our team will welcome you and answer any questions you may have before getting started. Please come about 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so you can fill out the new patient and insurance forms. Alternatively, many patients opt to fill these out online before coming in. As a part of gathering and documenting your information, we will need you to bring your photo ID and dental insurance card, and we will need to know about any medications you’re currently taking.

We accept most insurances and have financing options available. If cost is a concern, please let us know. We’re happy to share the dental treatment options available to you.

During your first visit, we’ll review your dental health history and your overall health, and we’ll determine which dental concerns you want to address. Ask us about:

At your first visit, we’ll perform digital X-rays, screen for oral cancer, check your bite, examine your gums, and thoroughly check each of your teeth. We can also review any types of cosmetic dentistry you may be interested in such as teeth whitening or realignment.
